   1. Porcelain roller is contaminated

The contamination of the porcelain rollers of the rotary kiln is mainly manifested in that the porcelain rollers are stained with oil, and different sizes of knots are formed on the porcelain rollers. Due to improper control of the glaze of the blank bricks, many glaze droplets are attached to the bottom surface of the product. These will cause the glaze droplets to soften during the high-temperature calcination and adhere to the rollers, resulting in different roller diameters, which will cause certain resistance to the products running on the porcelain rollers. The following products cannot move forward normally, and irregular arrangement and product overlap occur. When the overlapped products exceed the softening point of the high-temperature load of the porcelain roller, the porcelain roller breaks, causing kiln blockage.

   2. Open burning

Kiln firing is carried out continuously. If the brick feeding is unstable and stops from time to time, the kiln products will be covered by porcelain rollers to form gaps, resulting in unstable kiln pressure and large fluctuations in temperature, resulting in products that are easily deformed , Product clogging.

   3. The running time of the "brick" in the kiln is too long

  The control system of kiln adopts chain automatic control. In the event of power failure or mechanical equipment failure, the movement status of all rollers is automatically changed to the swing state based on the power frequency, so that the product makes a round-trip movement in the kiln, and the product is deformed due to too long calcination time, causing the rotary kiln Blocked.

   4. The firing temperature and firing atmosphere are unreasonable

  The temperature adjustment of the rotary kiln is to divide the burner into several groups in the pre-heating zone and the firing zone, which are controlled separately according to the upper and lower rows of the porcelain roller, and the cooling zone is controlled by controlling the cooling air volume. In the process of adjusting the firing temperature, if the temperature of the upper part of the porcelain roller is much higher than the temperature of the lower part, the product has a concave deformation; otherwise, a convex deformation occurs. The former is more likely to cause the products to stick together or overlap before and after in production, and the latter is easy to embed between the rollers, breaking the rollers and causing blockage. Improper control of the cooling belt can cause wind cracking of the product, and the broken product is embedded between the rollers, which may also cause blockage. In addition, when the adjustment of the atmosphere system is unreasonable, the products will be deformed and foamed during the firing process, causing the products to stack and cause kiln blockage.

   5. Loose tile of porcelain roller is loose

  The loose brick and convex deformation of the porcelain roller will make the rollers not rotate in the same plane, causing the products to be stacked or inserted between the rollers, causing the kiln to block.

   6. The bricks in the kiln head are not aligned

  The bricks in the kiln head are not arranged neatly, which will cause the products to collide with the kiln body, deform or overlap the products, and seriously block the kiln.
