In this way, the kiln tail temperature can be increased and the pre burning effect of materials can be enhanced. However, it can not be too much coal, otherwise it will cause reduction atmosphere and make the temperature in the kiln It's lower. When the current of the main drive motor of the kiln drops rapidly, the kiln speed should be reduced, the coal injection pipe should be withdrawn, and the exhaust air volume should be adjusted appropriately. At this time, the short flame burning can be used to make it return to normal. In normal production, the feeding is fluctuating, but the fluctuation range is small. However, when there are some problems with the equipment, or the moisture of raw meal is not easy to control in rainy season, it is easy to agglomerate raw meal on the top or wall of the warehouse, resulting in poor blanking.
