In the firing zone, the reasonable thickness of the kiln skin is mainly maintained, because the thermal conductivity of the kiln skin is less than that of the alkaline revolution. It is mainly because the preheater refractory materials are not used in masonry, or the insulation materials used are not up to the specified thickness of the rotary kiln. Especially in the maintenance of the old line, the construction team pursued the construction speed, did not use insulation materials, the system surface temperature was higher, more heat dissipation, resulting in increased coal consumption.
To sum up, the heat dissipation of rotary kiln is mainly on the kiln shell. When the temperature in the furnace is too high, we can reduce the temperature in the furnace by reducing the temperature on the kiln surface, provided that refractory materials are selected.
