1. For the slight vibration that will not damage the equipment or reduce the performance of the equipment itself, the vibration problem of the fan can be solved by adjusting the tightness of the anti vibration rubber under the fan base of the kiln. This rubber makes the fan seat connected to the fan platform with bolts. If the bolts are too loose, the fan will vibrate and squeeze the anti vibration rubber. The anti vibration rubber has a recoil force on it, which also has a resonance frequency problem. It is easy to produce resonance, so as to increase the vibration of the fan itself. If the anti vibration rubber screws are too tight, they will not play a role in vibration reduction, instead, they will transmit the vibration to the fan platform Make the platform vibrate. Therefore, the fixing bolt of anti vibration rubber must be properly tightened.
2. The bearing vibrates due to wear, large clearance between the inner and outer rings and the ball or roller, which causes the main shaft to run out. Skilled employees can get timely judgment from the beating of the main shaft or the abnormal noise of the fan. Vibration may also occur due to damage of bearing wreath, ball or roller. At this time, the "Ka" and "Ka" abnormal noise of fan of rotary kiln is particularly obvious. At this time, only the bearing is replaced.
3. If the plum rubber pad is damaged and the coupling iron collides with the iron to produce abnormal noise and vibration, stop the machine and replace the plum rubber pad.
4. The dust distribution of fan blades of rotary kiln is uneven, which causes the deviation of the quality distribution of fan blades, thus causing vibration. The treatment method is to clean the dust around the fan blades in time.
5. The main shaft or blade of the fan is deformed to produce vibration, which has the nature of vicious cycle and should be dealt with in time. The deformation of the main shaft must be replaced. If the blade is deformed or the mass distribution is poor, it can be detected and corrected through the static balance test. The method is to loosen the motor, separate the motor from the bearing seat of the fan from the coupling, and then turn the fan blade to stop automatically. Record the lowest point of the blade when it is still, and turn the blade again. If the lowest point of each stop of the fan blade is always the same, it means that the quality in this direction is relatively large, you can add a piece of yellow mud on the opposite side (side) and try again. According to this method, until the fan stops every time, the lowest point is random, not fixed. At this time, shovel the yellow mud, weigh it, and then repair and weld a piece of iron with the same weight at the same position. The commissioning is successful.
