The 200m³/d ceramsite rotary kiln production line project constructed by Henan Hongke Heavy Industry for a customer in Longyan, Fujian has entered the on-site installation phase. Since the project commenced, the company has placed great emphasis on its execution, dispatching a professional technical team to the installation site to oversee equipment installation guidance and technical support throughout the entire process, ensuring the project proceeds with high standards and quality.
Centered around the ceramsite rotary kiln as the core equipment, this production line adopts advanced ceramsite calcination technology. Using shale, clay, fly ash, and other materials as raw materials, it produces ceramsite products with excellent lightweight, high-strength, and thermal insulation properties through high-temperature calcination, expansion, and homogenization processes. The products are widely used in lightweight aggregate building materials, ceramsite concrete, landscaping, water treatment filter media, and horticultural cultivation. Currently, the main kiln shell hoisting and positioning work is progressing in an orderly manner, with the drive system, sealing system, and supporting equipment to be installed successively. Upon completion and commissioning, the project will achieve a daily production capacity of 200m³, effectively helping the customer achieve large-scale ceramsite production, improve comprehensive resource utilization, and enhance market competitiveness.
