Recently, the Ф2.0×50m 100t/d lime rotary kiln production line project constructed by Henan Hongke Heavy Industry for a customer in Yunnan has been successfully installed, commissioned, and officially put into operation. Since the project commenced, the company has placed great emphasis on its execution, dispatching a professional technical team to oversee installation guidance, system commissioning, and operator training throughout the entire process, overcoming challenges such as complex construction conditions in the plateau area, ensuring the production line was brought into operation smoothly as scheduled.
Centered around the Ф2.0×50m lime rotary kiln as the core equipment, this production line adopts advanced active lime calcination technology, equipped with a vertical preheater and vertical cooler to fully utilize waste heat for material preheating and heat recovery, effectively reducing energy consumption and improving thermal efficiency. Since commissioning, the line has operated stably with a daily production capacity of 100 tons and excellent product quality, with high activity meeting the requirements of metallurgy, building materials, chemical, and environmental desulfurization industries. The project has effectively helped the customer achieve self-sufficiency in high-quality lime supply, reduced external procurement costs, and generated significant economic and social benefits.
