Henan Hongke Heavy Industry has successfully completed the installation and commissioning of the dolomite rotary kiln production line project for a customer in Bosnia and Herzegovina, and the line has been officially put into operation. Using high-quality dolomite as raw material, it precisely controls calcination temperature and kiln atmosphere to calcine dolomite (CaMg(CO₃)₂) at 900-1100℃ into light-burned dolomite (CaO·MgO), with stable product activity and low over-burning rate. The product is widely used in refractories, metallurgical slagging, magnesium salt production, glass, ceramics, and other industries. The equipment features precise temperature control, uniform calcination, stable operation, and low energy consumption, meeting the demands of large-scale industrial production. Since commissioning, the line has operated stably with both processing capacity and product quality indicators meeting design requirements, effectively helping the customer achieve high-value utilization of dolomite resources while generating significant economic benefits.
